The boats off of the trailer so the fun begins;
Clean up the hull
Replace centerboard gasket 54" long and 2 1/2" wide, each gasket is about 1 1/4" wide.
Reinforce port and starboard chain stays
Clean up or redo repair to stern gelcoat.
Fix the trailer lights
Install a winch on the trailer
